I chose the beauty industry very consciously.
For me, it was never just about aesthetics or trends. It’s an industry built on trust — and I quickly realized how inconsistent the level of education and expertise can be.
Coming from a strong Eastern European background, I was used to a completely different standard: precision, discipline, attention to detail. Here, I saw a gap — and I knew I couldn’t ignore it.
That’s why I created this academy.
My goal is not just to teach techniques, but to redefine the level of professionalism in the industry. To train specialists who understand responsibility, not just execution.

I didn’t enter the beauty industry by accident — I grew into it through experience.
Over time, I started noticing the same pattern again and again: talented professionals lacking the right foundation, and clients struggling to find consistent quality.
At some point, it became clear — this is not something that fixes itself.
That’s when I, together with my partner, decided to build something of our own.
We created this academy to share real expertise — the kind that comes from years of hands-on work, mistakes, growth, and high standards we refuse to compromise on.
